RETURNS
At RAHA, we want you to feel completely comfortable with every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. We kindly ask that the item is unused, undamaged, and with the receipt of purchase. This helps us process your request smoothly and quickly.
If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to accept the return, as we want to ensure every item remains in perfect condition for all our customers.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will carefully inspect it and update you on the approval status of your refund.
If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within up to 21 days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that some banks may take extra time to post the refund on your account.
If more than 21 days pass from the date we approve your refund and you still haven’t received it, please reach out to us. We’ll gladly assist and make sure everything is resolved.
